Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders that are in stock are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Custom orders will be given individual delivery time based on size of the order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Estonia & Baltic states: 2–5 business days
  • EU countries: 5–10 business days
  • USA & rest of world: 10–20 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. Customs taxes for US orders are already informed at checkout cart.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hobbymill.eu@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
