All orders are shipped from Tallinn, Estonia, via Omniva — both within the EU and internationally, worldwide. Every parcel includes tracking, so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
Import duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid by us. This is added as a line item to your order in the cart, so there's no surprise customs charge on delivery.
We ship everywhere — from Brazil to Japan and most places in between. If your country isn't available in the checkout dropdown, just get in touch and we'll arrange shipping manually.
Every item is labelled with species, thickness and quantity, and each order includes a packing slip. Wood is wrapped in protective film and shipped in a sturdy box or tube, depending on the items ordered.
